TOPIC : THE MYSTERY OF INVISIBILITY IN CONFLICTS.
An intriguing concept in the dynamics of confrontations is the art of becoming 'invisible'. This is not achieved through physical concealment, but by breaking the patterns of expectation.
By not showing the typical reactions of fear or aggression, a discrepancy arises in the perception of the opponent. This significantly complicates an attacker's ability to discern your intentions and predict your next moves. By extricating yourself from the usual aggressive dynamics, your presence becomes elusive and your actions unpredictable.
This concept, which many find difficult to grasp, opens new pathways for navigating and managing confrontations.
"Patrick really knows what he is doing. He leads the class in a very calm, friendly, and strong manner. I have known Patrick for over 10 years, and he continues to work better and better. Highly recommended to study from him."

I've been training with Patrick for several months now in our personal training program. Patrick is super friendly, approachable, giving realistic scenarios and training for all facets of a combat, focusing also a lot on building a stronger mind.
I even had a chance to try his massage technique (quite unique haha) and Pravilo stretch system! I would strongly recommend anyone of any walks on life and gender sign up with Patrick and give it a go.
